Jonathan is a Manager at crankfrog, where he helps clients with successful platform strategy, product implementations, and integrations of new technology. He has managed multiple large-scale, complex implementations and technology integrations end-to-end, assessed current state architecture and designed future state architecture, and has managed build and QA activities for several new products and services.
Prior to joining crankfrog in 2017, Jonathan was a Senior Associate at Optimity Advisors and provided strategic consulting and planning, project management, and IT assessments to healthcare payer clients. Jonathan has led project planning for client’s entry into new markets, regulatory reviews and recommendations, staff and resourcing capacity planning, database analysis services, and forecasting data analytics.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Developed product pricing and rollout strategy model for a claims pricing and spend analysis platform.
Led the technical integration of a payment integrity platform with a core claims system, including managing internal and vendor development teams through the full SDLC from requirements to production deployment.
Managed the implementation of 4 simultaneous provider-sponsored health plan launches with daily detailed executive status reporting to rapidly resolve any delays.
Identified all critical system gaps for a Medicare Advantage product and developed a product roadmap and requirements inventory to close all product gaps.
