Jade Christie-Maples Principal

Jade partners with clients to deliver strategic analysis, support business development, and design innovative product solutions by utilizing her in-depth understanding of the healthcare system, health policy, and the complex stakeholder environment.  Prior to joining crankfrog in 2016, Jade was a consultant at the Lewin Group, where she supported multiple states in their health reform activities, including the design and evaluation of State Innovation Model grants, as well as eligibility and enrollment operations and process improvement strategy for multiple state-based health insurance exchanges.

Jade holds a Master of Public Health, Health Policy from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont.

Representative crankfrog work:

Led a multi-stakeholder alliance of provider and health plan representatives through the drafting and publishing of an industry-level solution to critical data challenges.
Evaluated new federal and state regulations impacting health plan provider directory requirements nation-wide, including identification of trends across new requirements.
Supported a health plan with regulatory analysis related to new provider directory regulations and identified regulatory gaps across the health plan’s provider directories.
 Conducted requirements gathering, analysis and design of product enhancements to reduce user support needs.
