Jade partners with clients to deliver strategic support and analysis, accelerate business development, and design innovative product solutions by utilizing her in-depth understanding of the healthcare system, health policy, and the complex stakeholder environment.

Prior to joining crankfrog in 2016, Jade was a consultant at the Lewin Group, where she supported multiple states in their health reform activities, including the design and evaluation of State Innovation Model grants, as well as development and execution of eligibility and enrollment process improvement strategies for multiple state-based health insurance exchanges.

Jade holds a Master of Public Health, Health Policy from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont

Inventoried Medicare, Medicaid and commercial provider directory requirements and developed compliance roadmap for $80B health plan.
Led operational assessment of a credentialing solution that delivered strategic recommendations projected to increase the solution’s file completion rate by 5%.
Delivered winning procurement support to a national non-profit organization, including as a primary writer, manager of proposal assessment and planning, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management.
Conducted a comprehensive requirements assessment and delivered a vendor evaluation framework for Electronic Medical Record and Care Management tools to support a chronic condition management company focused on value based care.
