Emily provides product support to crankfrog clients, specifically in user experience design and detailed requirements writing. Prior to joining crankfrog in 2016, she was a health and benefits consultant for Mercer. Emily worked with employers across various industries to provide multi-year strategic guidance on benefits plans, cost containment, population health and care management, and healthcare innovation. Emily worked on plan design and strategy, financial analysis, market solicitations, and keeping clients apprised on compliance issues and regulations associated with Health Care Reform. Emily worked with Mercer’s healthcare innovation team to vet new vendors entering the healthcare market. Outside of Mercer, Emily advised healthcare technology startups on their potential value proposition in the employee benefits space.
