As a Vice President with crankfrog, Bethany Richmond leads client-facing teams to exceed expectations and to deliver high quality service. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, provider data management, and driving stakeholders to collaborate towards common goals.
Prior to joining crankfrog in 2014, Bethany was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Healthcare Advisory practice, and also previously worked at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Consultant in the Healthcare Consulting division.
Bethany holds a Master of Health Science in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Coordinated across the Product, Sales, Account Management, and MarComm teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies, including communication plans, sales collateral, satisfaction surveys, and training materials for all internal and external stakeholders.
