As a Vice President with crankfrog, Bethany Richmond leads client-facing teams to exceed expectations and to deliver high quality service. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, provider data management, and driving stakeholders to collaborate towards common goals.
Prior to joining crankfrog in 2014, Bethany was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Healthcare Advisory practice, and also previously worked at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Consultant in the Healthcare Consulting division.
Bethany holds a Master of Health Science in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Directed an executive-level committee for a coalition of payers to identify and secure alignment on the next phase of work for a provider data management utility. Work resulted in a list of priority enhancements based on cost, feasibility, and impact to drive product adoption and deliver value to multiple stakeholders.
Led a work group of 40+ participants from payers representing a combined 130M+ lives to address provider data industry challenges through stakeholder engagement and the development of multiple product offerings. Coordinated representatives across varying levels of management to identify common goals, pinpoint collaborative solutions, and drive adoption of the products. Served as the critical liaison between the client’s strategic accounts and the client’s internal product, implementation, account management, and marketing teams.
Drove change management for the transformation of a provider-facing platform with 1M+ users. Directed cross-functional teams to design and execute the go-to-market strategy, including the communication plan, sales collateral, the training plan for all internal and external stakeholders, along with user satisfaction surveys and impact analyses.
