Asmita is passionate about simplifying healthcare provider operations via service line utilization, patient-centric change management, and data analytics. She oversees the development, implementation, and scaling of clinical operations transformation projects to achieve better patient population management and performance optimization for organizations’ financial health. Asmita integrates her provider operations expertise with a public health background to partner side-by-side with clinical and non-clinical teams at all levels, building on organizational culture to advance the most important metrics.

Prior to joining crankfrog, Asmita was a Senior Manager at Deloitte’s healthcare practice where she supported health systems and medical groups with patient/beneficiary engagement, pandemic response, clinical workflow optimization, network strategy, margin improvement, core business efficiencies, and value-based care models. Asmita holds an MHA in Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Biology and French Studies from Emory University where she was a Woodruff Merit Scholar.

Configured and implemented an HIS system (clinical workflow through account adjudication) in a unique risk based reimbursement environment for a national chronic disease provider organization. 
Directed the design and rollout of an employee app for a national physician staffing firm serving over 2,000 physicians across 15 states.
Supported strategic design and implementation of a new Medicare Advantage plan and its technologies.
